Job summary

Performance Contracting Group is seeking an experienced Design Engineer for PCI Las Vegas 558 operations in Las Vegas. You will create and manage BIM models, coordinate with teams, and support field installation using Revit, Navisworks, and BIM/VDC best practices.

The role emphasizes coordination across trades, schedule development in Primavera P6, and driving project efficiency with BIM technology. On-site responsibilities require site visits and strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred; a 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience will be considered.
• 4+ years of BIM/Revit modeling and VDC coordination experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud/Forma, and Bluebeam.
• Strong understanding of design and construction document coordination.
• Portfolio demonstrating Revit and Revit Family Editor experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Revit for assigned construction scopes.
• Participate in project kickoff, BIM coordination, and design meetings.
• Model and coordinate walls, framing, ceilings, panels, and related scopes.
• Coordinate models with point clouds, project docs, and other trades for spatial accuracy.
• Perform BIM quality control, checks, and clash detection with Navisworks Manage.
• Develop project-specific Revit content, families, layouts, and installation drawings.
• Prepare CAD, Navisworks, and BIM files for field use and support design/installation.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to improve BIM/VDC processes and efficiency.
