Job summary
Mott MacDonald is seeking an innovative BIM Project Manager for its Digital Services Team in North America. The role focuses on delivering coordinated digital solutions, leading BIM execution, and engaging clients to shape project outcomes.
The successful candidate will drive BIM workflows across major infrastructure programs, coach teams, and contribute to proposals while ensuring governance and data integrity throughout delivery in a hybrid Los Angeles-based setup with frequent travel.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM/VDC delivery
- Experience leading multidisciplinary BIM coordination on complex infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards ISO 19650 BS 1192/PAS 1192
- Experience with data-enabled workflows and QA/QC procedures
- Ability to mentor hybrid or remote teams
Responsibilities
- Lead BIM and digital delivery on major NA projects
- Define practical BIM requirements with project leadership
- Coordinate federated models across design and construction
- Develop BIM Execution Plans and data-sharing interfaces
- Contribute to proposals and plan digital workstreams
- Coach and develop digital delivery leaders
