Saint-Gobain/CertainTeed is seeking a BIM Coordinator to develop, coordinate, and quality-check BIM models for architectural ceilings and walls products. You will work under the Project Design Manager to ensure models reflect current product offerings and construction best practices.

The role requires advanced Autodesk Revit skills, multi-stakeholder coordination, and the ability to translate product data into accurate BIM content. Join a team focused on design excellence and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5 years professional BIM experience with advanced, hands-on use of Autodesk Revit.
• 3 years coordinating BIM models in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• 3 years understanding architectural systems, construction documentation, and manufacturer detailing.
• Ability to translate product and technical data into accurate BIM content.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (families, parameters, worksets, phasing, documentation).

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate Revit-based BIM models for product systems and project-specific applications.
• Set up and manage project models, including work-sharing and coordination with external consultant models.
• Review incoming models to ensure proper application of products, assemblies, and detailing.
• Support the Design Manager in resolving coordination and constructability issues.
• Create, maintain, and update Revit families and system content.
• Ensure BIM assets stay current with product launches and updates.
• Apply BIM standards, templates, and modeling guidelines.
• Perform quality reviews of BIM deliverables for accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Sales.
