Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the transition from CAD to Revit towards true BIM deliverables.
• Provide support and mentoring to BIM procedures and workflows.
• Set up projects for compliance with delivery and BIM standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external design teams.
• Perform model audits and checks ensuring compliance with the BIM Execution Plan.
• Conduct BIM coordination meetings with internal team and external stakeholders.
• Identify and assist in creating, management and organization of Revit families.
• Provide final check of all projects for quality assurance.
• Maintain good communication with engineers for timely job completion.
• Assist development and implementation of training programs for BIM applications.
• Document procedures and best practices for data post-processing and modeling.
• Provide troubleshooting and mentoring for Revit users.
• Help with pilot testing of new BIM applications.
