Job summary

Owen Thomas Group in New York City is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support high-profile design projects across multiple sectors. You will set up projects, manage BIM models, and provide Revit and AutoCAD support to engineering and design teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Revit experience (model linking, visibility), knowledge of ACC/BIM 360 workflows, strong organizational and communication skills, and eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide Revit and AutoCAD support to engineering and design teams across multiple disciplines
• Set up projects in Revit and AutoCAD
• Maintain BIM models and AutoCAD drawings
• Develop and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and production procedures
• Support project teams with BIM guidance, training, and best practices
• Manage and maintain BIM models while ensuring consistency with project requirements and industry standards
• Run clash detection and assist in coordinating issues
• Stay current with BIM technology trends and recommend tools or processes
• Evaluate and implement software solutions that align with project and business needs
• Promote collaboration and communication across project teams and disciplines
