Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in civil/utility field with 3+ years BIM coordination experience.
• Experience with civil/utility infrastructure projects and NYC standards.
• Proficiency with BIM tools (Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks) and coordination with design teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage 3D utility models (water, sewer, gas, electrical, telecom).
• Coordinate models from design consultants, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure clash-free representation.
• Lead clash detection sessions and communicate issues to teams.
• Prepare BEPs for civil infrastructure projects per NYC agency requirements.
• Collaborate with field superintendent and PMs to ensure constructability and reflect as-built conditions.
• Produce 3D visuals, plan/profile sheets, and coordination drawings.
• Support SUE integration and input from survey/point clouds where applicable.
• Submit permit drawings to NYC agencies and manage BIM data in cloud platforms.
