Job summary

Tutor Perini Corporation is seeking a highly motivated BIM Coordinator for our New Rochelle, NY corporate office. You will support the BIM Manager on large infrastructure projects, setting up clash workflows, reviewing results, and coordinating with design teams to ensure model accuracy.

You will generate progress reports and support 4D/5D simulations, aligning BIM data with construction sequencing and cost data. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience on civil infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 1 year of BIM coordination on complex infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage BIM updates, run clash detection, and communicate results effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist the BIM Manager in fulfilling client BIM contract requirements.
• Set up and execute clash detection workflows and translate results into actionable coordination issues for design and trade partner teams.
• Generate and maintain regular progress reports.
• Support 4D/5D simulations in Synchro 4D Pro.
• Coordinate with the project scheduler and leadership to align model data with sequencing and cost data.
• Perform quality control reviews of BIM deliverables for LOD/LOI compliance.
• Collaborate with BIM Manager, Asset Manager, and Trade Partner BIM teams to meet asset management needs.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects and be capable of working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. **Job Description:** * Assist the BIM Manager in fulfilling client BIM contract requirements* Assis in setting up and executing clash detection workflows, review clash results and translate them into actionable coordination issues for design and trade partner teams.* Generate and maintain regular progress reports* Support the conditioning and adoption of milestone Revit models for 4D/5D simulations in Synchro 4D Pro.
