Job summary

MOREgroup seeks a BIM Coordinator to partner with project teams, ensuring continuity and consistency of project documentation using BIM standards, tools, and workflows. This role serves as a first-line resource on BIM execution and related processes.

The candidate will coordinate with Principals and Project Architects to set the BIM execution plan, support document control, and mentor teams on new processes and design tools, including digital practice initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture required.
• At least 2 years of Revit/BIM experience in architecture or AEC production.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, worksharing, and document management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support project document and quality control; build BIM content and maintain model health.
• Drive firm content creation; review external Revit content and maintain libraries.
• Participate in BIM task kick-offs, coordination, and development.
• Set BIM execution plan with project teams according to the project plan.
• Collaborate on model coordination and clash detection; perform BIM QC services.
