Job summary

MOREgroup is seeking a BIM Coordinator to partner with project teams to ensure continuity and consistency of the project documentation process. This role applies established firm standards, tools and workflows to day-to-day project delivery and serves as a first line resource for BIM execution on projects.

The candidate will drive firm content creation, review external Revit content, maintain libraries, and coordinate with Principals and Project Architects to implement BEP and project plans,

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in Revit.
• BIM experience within architecture or AEC production.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, worksharing, and document management platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project document and quality control; build custom BIM content.
• Coordinate projects with consultant teams and maintain model health protocols.
• Drive firm content creation; review external Revit content and maintain libraries.
• Coordinate with Principals, Project Architects, and Project Leaders to set BEP.
• Collaborate on model coordination and clash detection; perform BIM QC services.
• Mentor teams in new processes and design tools; support digital practice training.
