Job summary

MMR Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a BIM Manager to lead the BIM process across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards. You will train and guide BIM staff and coordinate with design teams, clients, and field teams.

Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC and laser scan data, plus strong Excel skills, is required. You will review models against code and contract documents, resolve conflicts, and manage submittals and RFIs to keep deliverables on

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency; Associates Degree or higher preferred.
• Experience as BIM Coordinator, Detailer, or Modeler.
• Proficient in MEP REVIT and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and detail orientation with high accuracy.
• Ability to work with a team across multiple projects and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the BIM process across multiple projects, ensuring goals, timelines, and quality.
• Train and provide guidance to BIM staff and coordinate with project teams.
• Proficiently use Revit, Navisworks, ACC; handle laser scan data as needed.
• Review construction drawings for conflicts and coordinate RFIs and submittals.
• Ensure model development meets project design requirements and codes.
