OBR Cooling Towers, LLC is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead the creation and management of BIM models for large-scale, mission-critical projects. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and PMs, establish QA procedures, and support clash detection to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes cross-disciplinary BIM processes and quality output, with opportunities to grow proficiency and handle smaller projects independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certification in BIM, architecture or related field.
• Proficiency with REVIT required and experience with Autodesk Cloud Services.
• Experience modeling mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey design concepts clearly.
• Willingness to coordinate with architects, engineers and PMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and management of BIM models for large-scale projects.
• Oversee Architectural BIM processes and ensure protocol alignment.
• Establish QA procedures and coordinate BIM workshops.
• Manage BIM deliverables, including models and drawings.
• Support clash detection and multi-disciplinary integration.
