Job summary
Hitachi Energy in Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join the Grid & Power Quality Solutions team. You will coordinate BIM workflows, support digitalization, and maintain BIM execution plans to improve collaboration and project delivery on complex energy projects.
The role requires 3+ years in BIM coordination, experience with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Forma, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Engineering Drafting, CAD, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of BIM coordination experience.
- Experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Forma.
- Strong model coordination and clash detection understanding.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and in a team.
- Candidate must have work authorization in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate BIM workflows from design through construction.
- Support digitalization initiatives, processes, and tools.
- Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans and project standards.
- Facilitate BIM coordination across disciplines and stakeholders.
- Configure, manage, and maintain project models and datasets.
- Provide technical support and guidance on BIM tools and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation and process enhancements.
- Support training and adoption of engineering technologies.
