Job summary

MOREgroup seeks a BIM Coordinator to partner with project teams, ensuring consistent documentation and BIM execution per firm standards. You will manage Revit content, coordinate with consultants, and support project delivery with strong QC practices.

You will contribute to BIM task development, set execution plans, and mentor teams in new tools and workflows, maintaining templates and libraries for efficient project work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in architecture is required.
• Minimum 2+ years of Revit/BIM experience in architecture or AEC production.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication toward project teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for a team environment.
• Foundational BIM standards knowledge and worksharing basics (Forma).
• Knowledge of Dynamo or Grasshopper is preferred.
• Interest in the Revit API is desired.

Responsibilities

• Support project document and quality control: build BIM content, coordinate with consultant teams, and maintain model health protocols.
• Drive content creation; review external Revit content and maintain libraries.
• Participate in BIM task kick-offs, coordination, and development on projects.
• Set BIM execution plan with Principals and Project Leaders per project plan.
• Collaborate on model coordination and clash detection; support BIM QC services.
• Share knowledge and mentor teams in new processes and tools; assist in firm-wide training.
• Coordinate efficient use of digital tools for project documentation.
• Maintain project templates and training resources.
• Ensure quality of digital content for design and construction documents.
• Contribute to R&D efforts in advanced Digital Practice technologies.
