Placements24 is seeking a meticulous BIM Coordinator to manage BIM processes across projects, ensuring standards, model integration, and clash resolution in a hybrid Paarl-based role.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and MEP teams, provide guidance on workflows, maintain the model database, and lead BIM coordination meetings to drive accurate project documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination or BIM management.
• Expert proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and other BIM software.
• Strong understanding of clash detection and model federation techniques.

Responsibilities
