Vallum Associates is seeking a BIM Coordinator to bring BIM services in-house and shape BIM & Revit standards for future projects. You will lead BIM modeling initiatives, ensuring consistency across residential, commercial, healthcare, and restaurant sectors.

Strong Revit experience is a must. The role requires on-site presence in Midtown NY with the ability to attend site visits on 48 hours notice, and offers very strong benefits including healthcare coverage and a gym stipend.

Formación

• Proficient in BIM coordination and BIM standards development.
• Experience with modeling for residential, commercial, healthcare. or restaurant sectors is a plus.

• Develop and enforce BIM & Revit standards for in-house BIM services.
• Lead BIM modeling across multiple project types including residential and commercial.
• Collaborate with design teams and attend site visits with short-notice requirements.

Hiring a BIM Coordinator for a high growth MEP Design Firm in Midtown that offers very strong benefits (below).

Projects mostly in new construction residential, but there are more commercial, healthcare & restaurant work opening up too.

Revit experience is a must.
