Job summary

52X Consulting LLC in New York City is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support design teams on large-scale, complex projects. The role combines hands-on Revit support, model coordination and workflow development, with opportunities to train and mentor team members.

The ideal candidate has approximately 5–7 years of architectural experience, strong documentation skills and a practical understanding of how BIM supports projects through design and construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of architectural experience on large-scale projects.
• At least five years of Revit experience with strong modeling and documentation.
• Familiarity with Dynamo and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain model quality, resolve coordination issues and help teams meet project delivery requirements.
• Establish project BIM standards and support consistent use across teams.
• Coordinate clash detection, model reviews and ongoing quality checks.
• Improve workflows for model management, reporting and data tracking.
• Provide Revit troubleshooting, onboarding and training.
• Support collaboration between internal teams and external project partners.
• Assist with advanced modeling and cloud-based project coordination.
