PRICE ELECTRIC is seeking a motivated CAD Technician to work with the Pre-Construction Department, project managers, and field staff to ensure model content meets expectations and timelines.

You will translate design requirements into usable 2D plans and 3D models, coordinate with other trades, and support BIM Techs with detailed tasks, all while developing professionally within PRICE ELECTRIC's pre-construction team.

Qualifikationen

• AAS degree in architectural drafting or 2+ years MEP construction experience
• Ability to interpret 2D plans, diagrams and blueprints electronically or hard copy
• Understanding of 3-D coordination with other trades
• Take verbal and written direction and produce working design documents
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
• Work under time pressure with a positive attitude
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and a team player
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Procore, and Bluebeam is a plus

• Print documents and transmittals for third parties
• Engage in ongoing professional development
• Check work for accuracy before review by next level
