DJM Design CAD & Coordination Services, Inc. is seeking an organized Assistant Project Manager to support BIM/CAD coordination and project delivery in Schwenksville, PA.

You will assist with planning, scheduling, client and internal team communication, and document control, while coordinating BIM models and drawing submissions using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. A background in construction or engineering is preferred and strong time management is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, engineering, architecture, or BIM/CAD project coordination preferred.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or related software is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating multiple BIM/CAD projects.
• Communicate with clients and internal team members.
• Track project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Coordinate BIM models and drawing submissions.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting notes, and distribute action items.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Support quality control of drawings and coordination models.
• Assist with change orders, RFIs, and project reporting.
