Job summary

Precision AirConvey seeks an experienced Mechanical CAD/BIM Designer to join our Envac North America team in the United States. You will develop BIM models, prepare installation drawings, and coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors across large projects.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of CAD/BIM experience, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SolidWorks and BIM 360/ACC, and can manage complex mechanical layouts on commercial builds. Travel within the US/Canada may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional CAD/BIM experience, preferably in construction, MEP, or building systems.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and BIM 360/ACC.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing docs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Revit models and BIM documentation for Envac systems.
• Produce system plans, sections, elevations, details, and installation drawings.
• Coordinate layouts with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Review backgrounds for conflicts and incorporate changes into models/drawings.
• Maintain BIM content and create Revit families for Envac components.
• Support fabrication and shop drawings, coordinating with manufacturing and installation teams.
