Qualifications

• Proficient in BIM software for architecture, MEP, and structural disciplines.
• Experience coordinating multi-trade BIM models and clash detection.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to teams.

Responsibilities

• Create BIMs for architectural, mechanical HVAC, DWV, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and coordinate across trades.
• Support room for trades in interstitial space and provide delivery team leadership.
• Assist in creating Revit families and support project estimating and scoping.
• Track time and ensure alignment with billable targets.
