Job summary

Ferrovial Construction in Texas seeks a Digital Process Coordinator to lead the digital construction platform strategy for the SH-99 project. You will own end-to-end digital processes, coordinate between departments, and configure Procore with training and support for the project team.

The role drives platform governance, data integration across BIM, ERP, payroll, and analytics, and develops dashboards for leadership insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in civil / heavy-construction project environments.
• Procore Administrative Project Level Certification.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and Power Automate.
• Advanced proficiency across Microsoft 365, including Visio for process mapping.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and training/facilitation skills across multiple departments.
• Ability to translate department processes into digital workflows and drive their adoption.
• In-depth knowledge of data management principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of coordination between all project departments to gather, define, and standardize their processes for implementation in Procore and the wider digital toolset.
• Lead sessions translating department requirements into Procore tools, permissions, and workflows.
• Drive consistent adoption of digital processes across departments per governance standards.
• Coordinate with Data Management / Digital Construction for governance, roadmaps, and best practices.
• Implement, coordinate, and support Procore and the wider project software map.
• Ensure integration and data flow between Procore, BIM tools, ERP, payroll, and document control systems.
• Configure Procore permissions, roles, templates, and project structure; manage custom fields and templates.
• Provide hands-on support, training, and troubleshooting for Procore and connected tools.
• Develop user guides and onboarding materials for new hires and subcontractors.
• Build real-time dashboards in Procore Analytics and connect to Power BI for executive reporting.
