Revecore is hiring to manage accident-related accounts from intake to resolution for hospital clients. The role involves high-volume calls, no-fault and liability claims, and using AcciClaim/SharePoint to maintain records.

This remote position requires a private home office, reliable internet, and eligibility to work in the U.S. Compensation includes $15 per hour plus an incentive plan and equipment provided by Revecore.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in a professional office environment.
• Experience in health insurance, auto insurance, or medical billing preferred.
• Knowledge of coordination of benefits or subrogation a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn AcciClaim and SharePoint.

Role at a Glance

Manage accident-related accounts from intake to resolution, coordinate no-fault and liability benefits, and maximize reimbursement for hospital clients. Analysts submit claims to no-fault and liability carriers, maintain accurate account records in AcciClaim, monitor insurance portals and incoming correspondence, and address any items identified through Quality Assurance reviews. The role involves a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, including periods of extended hold time during which analysts continue working other accounts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a professional office environment (required).
• Experience in health insurance, auto insurance, or medical billing (preferred).
• Knowledge of coordination of benefits or subrogation (a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working across multiple screens, with the ability to learn AcciClaim and SharePoint.
