Revecore, based in the United States, is hiring a role focused on managing accident-related accounts from intake to resolution. You will maximize reimbursement for hospital clients, submit claims to no-fault and liability carriers, and maintain accurate records in AcciClaim.

The position involves high call volumes and periods of extended holds as you support multiple accounts. The work is remote with requirements to maintain a private home office, secure internet, and on-camera presence.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a professional office environment.
• Experience in health insurance, auto insurance, or medical billing preferred.
• Knowledge of coordination of benefits or subrogation is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Role at a Glance

Manage accident-related accounts from intake to resolution, coordinate no-fault and liability benefits, and maximize reimbursement for hospital clients. Analysts submit claims to no-fault and liability carriers, maintain accurate account records in AcciClaim, monitor insurance portals and incoming correspondence, and address any items identified through Quality Assurance reviews. The role involves a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, including periods of extended hold time during which analysts continue working other accounts.

• Knowledge of coordination of benefits or subrogation (a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working across multiple screens, with the ability to learn AcciClaim and SharePoint.
