Revecore is seeking a Claims Analyst to manage accident-related accounts from intake to resolution. You will maximize reimbursements for hospital clients and work with no-fault and liability processes. The role involves high call volumes and independent time management.

The position requires 1+ year in a professional office setting, familiarity with health/auto insurance or medical billing, and proficiency in MS Office, AcciClaim, and SharePoint.

Role at a Glance

Manage accident-related accounts from intake to resolution, coordinate no-fault and liability benefits, and maximize reimbursement for hospital clients. Analysts submit claims to no-fault and liability carriers, maintain accurate account records in AcciClaim, monitor insurance portals and incoming correspondence, and address any items identified through Quality Assurance reviews. The role involves a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, including periods of extended hold time during which analysts continue working other accounts.

• Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, adjusters, and attorneys.
• Work independently, set priorities, and manage their time with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Address issues proactively and follow up consistently.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a professional office environment (required).
• Experience in health insurance, auto insurance, or medical billing (preferred).
• Knowledge of coordination of benefits or subrogation (a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working across multiple screens, with the ability to learn AcciClaim and SharePoint.
