Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory experience with up to 20 direct reports.
• Strong analytical, organizational and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook and Word.
• Experience with claims billing, reconciliation, and web-based billing portals.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts daily with follow-up on processing and reconciling claims.
• Process billing to payers for assigned accounts.
• Investigate denials and resolve claims for payment.
• Maintain accounts receivable spreadsheets and balances.
• Collaborate with internal departments and outside agencies to resolve billing issues.
• Provide analysis of software performance to leadership.
