Addison Group is seeking an experienced Billing Supervisor for a contract role in Washington, DC, offering hybrid office schedules. The position pays $40–$47 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.

The Billing Supervisor will oversee daily billing activities, mentor staff, monitor metrics, and liaise with finance, operations, and client-facing teams. The ideal candidate has 3–6+ years in billing within law or professional services, 2–3+ years in supervision, and

Competenze

• 3–6+ years of billing experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• 2–3+ years of supervisory, lead, or management experience overseeing billing personnel.
• Demonstrated experience tracking team performance metrics, reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of billing operations, invoice review, and client service expectations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
