Qualifications

• 1-2 years of business experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Ability to work with monthly timelines and deadlines.
• Experience with billing, data entry, and accounts payable preferred.
• Legal to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Gains understanding of Casella Resource Solutions operations and services for accurate billing.
• Processes billing and sales adjustments in the billing systems.
• Audits weight tickets for current month before month-end close.
• Maintains on-time monthly invoicing for assigned accounts.
• Reconciles rebate accounts monthly for corrections.
• Runs billing reports as needed and supports finance.
• Assists Collections and finance with special projects.
• Maintains monthly customer-level reporting and P&L spreadsheets.
