Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented office environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create customer specific invoices within internal systems and monitor/adjust for varied billing arrangements.
• Independently communicate with customers and Sales Team to assist and resolve issues.
• Meet daily deadlines with accuracy and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Communicate issues, concerns, or discrepancies to Billing manager and Sales Team for timely resolution.
• Perform other special projects and duties as assigned; participate in rotating holiday coverage as needed.
