Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting, billing, bookkeeping, or a related function preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented office environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create customer specific invoices within internal systems; monitor and make changes for special and varied billing arrangements.
• Independently and timely communicate with customers and Sales Team to effectively assist and resolve issues.
• Meet strict daily deadlines while ensuring accuracy and excellent customer experience.
• Promptly communicate issues, concerns, or discrepancies to the Billing manager and sales team members to support timely resolution.
• Other special projects and duties as assigned.
