Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Billing Specialist for our Technical Services team in Somerville, MA. This full-time role will be onsite for the first 90 days, then move to a hybrid schedule with manager and HR approval.

You will prepare and review client invoices, ensure accurate billing under contract terms, and collaborate with sales, service, and account management to secure purchase orders and resolve discrepancies. Strong Excel skills and communication are essential.

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Billing Specialist for our Technical Services team.

This position reports to the Senior Billing Analyst . This position will be fully onsite for the first 90 days. After 90 days, the position will follow a hybrid schedule approved by the manager and Human Resources .

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure accuratebillingsetup (client purchase
  orders, invoice frequency, pricing, etc.)
• Work with account management to secure and manage client purchase orders
• Working with Technical Services to identify new items to create pricing
• Create and review client invoices, ensuring accurate and timelybillingto customers in
  accordance with contract terms and company policies.
• Have a working knowledge of customer price schedules
• Work with account management and project administration teams to develop pricing for new services, goods and wastes based on sales strategy
• Coordinate with other roles/departments to resolvebillingdiscrepancies, disputes, and issues in a timely manner.
• Work with Technical Services team to assist in filing, copying, scanning and answering the phone.

Basic Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Detail oriented and accurate
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
• Must have a reliable form of transportation

Preferred Requirements:

• Prior relevant industry experience
• Prior successful experience in a customer service role
• Associate's degree preferred
• Minimum 1 years of experience inbilling, customer facing and/or finance related field

Pay Range

$24 - $26 USD
