Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Billing Specialist for our Technical Services team in Somerville, MA. This full-time role will be onsite for the first 90 days, then move to a hybrid schedule with manager and HR approval.

You will prepare and review client invoices, ensure accurate billing under contract terms, and collaborate with sales, service, and account management to secure purchase orders and resolve discrepancies. Strong Excel skills and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of billing, customer-facing, or finance experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review client invoices for accuracy.
• Set up client billing, orders, and pricing according to contracts.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to secure purchase orders.
• Resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
• Support filing, scanning, and phone inquiries for the Technical Services team.
