Job summary

RelaDyne LLC, a leading provider of automotive lubricants and reliability services, is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team in Houston. This role handles invoices, data entry, and daily billing operations.

You will generate sales orders and invoices, verify billing information, and support the billing team in a fast-paced office environment. Strong Excel and Outlook skills, plus 1 year of related experience, are expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of office, billing, administrative, or related experience.
• Strong data entry and typing skills.
• Intermediate math skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate lubricant sales orders and customer invoices.
• Review billing documentation and verify information for accuracy.
• Enter and maintain data within company systems.
• Research driver paperwork and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Communicate with sales representatives to obtain and verify billing information.
• Manage shared email inboxes and respond to internal and external inquiries.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide customer support as needed.
• Organize, scan, and maintain billing and operational documents.
• Review and complete orders within Smart Logix.
• Support additional administrative and billing projects as assigned.
