Job summary

Corient Services LLC is seeking a detailed, client-focused billing specialist to support high-net-worth services. You will generate and distribute accurate billing statements, coordinate fee debits, and monitor aged receivables while ensuring data integrity across the Portfolio Management system.

The role requires strong communication, reliability and the ability to work independently as part of a team in an onsite office environment in Charlotte, NC four days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting Software, DocuSign, Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Generate billing statements according to client agreements and fee schedules.
• Distribute billing statements to clients.
• Coordinate debiting client fees from accounts.
• Track and manage aged accounts receivable.
• Coordinate fee rebates for terminated clients.
• Maintain billing-related data in Portfolio Management system.
• Update client billing information as needed.
• Provide periodic revenue reporting to leadership.
