Job summary

QUEST DIAGNOSTICS INC is looking for a Billing Representative II in West Norriton, PA. This position allows for hybrid work, requiring in-office attendance 2 days a week. You will support teams by reviewing claims while bringing excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

The role offers an hourly pay rate starting at $18.39 and involves working with complex billing issues. Candidates with a High School Diploma and relevant experience are preferred. Full-time hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability using computer and Windows PC applications.
• Strong keyboard and navigation skills and ability to learn new computer programs.
• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure.

Responsibilities

• Open and sort all incoming mail.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Process billing adjustments in QBS and WBS.
• Document all return mail information including bill numbers.
