Responsibilities

• Input on policies and procedures to maximize revenues.
• Handle daily work queues for claims, authorizations, and financial clearance.
• Identify payer/coding issues and escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with providers, patients, and staff to resolve billing issues.
• Cross-cover related duties as needed.
