Process high volume of complex billsEnsure that invoicing is timely and accurate according to the client contract and in compliance with the firms policies and internal controls to ensure integrity of the firms financialsWorks closely with project managersproject accountant to coordinate and assist with all invoices related activitiesPrepare monthly billing reports and analyses to share with project managers and project accountants Coordinate follow up and corrections in timely mannerReview unbilled labor report monthly to ensure professional services are invoiced to the clients in timely mannerCorrespond to client inquiries and troubleshoot in a timely manner Escalate issues as needed eg audit requests billing & payment reconciliationMonthly assessment of net billing in comparison to net revenuePerforms related duties as assigned
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint and OutlookFull knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is requiredHighly organized and detail orientedStrong mathematical and analytical skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsProven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyEager to learn and takes initiativeGood problem solving and time management
Associate degree required and bachelors degree preferredA minimum of 2 year of experience within a professional services environment preferably in Architectural Engineering and ConstructionAbility to multi task and meet deadlines in a fast paced dynamic environmentERP experience Deltek Vision desiredAbility to maintain confidentiality and manage confidential informationPossess and demonstrate the highest degree of integrity Commitment to ethical behavior and compliance with all Company policies current FASB guidance and US and International laws
