This role is responsible for managing high-level customer accounts with special needs, including invoicing, collections, and customer service.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Manage high-profile, high-volume, or classified Enterprise Accounts with balances from $5M to over $10M:
• Use web-based customer portals for invoice creation, submission, and resolution; reconcile both simple and complex accounts
• Update customer records for accurate invoicing
• Create manual invoices as necessary based on customer needs
• Use Get Paid, email, or calls to collect on past due balances, maintaining balances at or below specified delinquency goals
• Provide high-level professional customer service and escalate issues to branches or management as needed
• Serve as escalation point for other Special Billing Reps if required
• Generate reports, summary invoices, and conduct follow-ups as needed
• Attend regular meetings with customers and sales teams, providing up-to-date account information

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, collections, or specialized billing

Skills & Systems:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to multitask efficiently and accurately
• Experience with Salesforce and Get Paid preferred
