Job summary

TTL, Inc. in Tuscaloosa, AL is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage client invoicing and accounts receivable on-site, Monday to Friday, 8AM–5PM.

The role requires strong organization and excellent communication with internal and external contacts. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with QuickBooks or Vision accounting software are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office software, particularly MS Excel.
• Clear and professional written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with QuickBooks or Vision accounting software is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and remit specialized client invoicing.
• Gathering documentation for client invoices.
• Resolving billing issues with input from Project Managers.
• Provide internal and external customer service related to the account receivable functions.
• Contact delinquent clients with collection requests.
• Other special projects as assigned.
