Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Subscription Billing Specialist to manage and optimize our subscription and usage-based billing processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ZoneBilling (ZAB) and NetSuite ERP , along with strong analytical skills to ensure billing accuracy, manage subscription lifecycles, and deliver insights into revenue trends.

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute and maintain subscription and consumption-based billing processes using ZoneBilling and NetSuite .
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all billing operations, including invoicing, credits, and adjustments.
• Manage the entire subscription lifecycle : activation, upgrades, renewals, cancellations, and changes.
• Analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Customer Success) to resolve billing-related inquiries and support month-end close.
• Prepare and present billing reports and metrics to internal stakeholders.
• Support audits by providing required billing documentation and reconciliation.

Required Qualifications :

• Proven experience with ZoneBilling (ZAB) and NetSuite ERP systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Pay rate : $98 - $100 / hour
