Dobbs Equipment, LLC is seeking an on-site administrator to handle invoicing, billing and accounting within the Sales Department. You will interact with branch personnel to expedite information through the sales process and ensure accurate cost, quote and invoicing documentation.
Responsibilities include reviewing deals, managing cost data, posting accruals, and supporting month-end tasks. Strong MS Office skills and high school diploma required; on-site work in Florida with heavy equipment
