Pro-Vac is seeking a Billing Specialist to join our team in a role focused on accurate invoicing, regulatory compliance, and strong customer relationships. You will oversee high-volume billing processes, review contracts, and ensure timely submissions.

In this fast-paced environment, you will leverage Excel and accounting software to maintain precision, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with internal departments and clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in high-volume accounts receivable billing in construction or related industry.
• 2+ years in revenue billing, preferably related to contracted or project bid work.
• Knowledge of billing principles and financial compliance best practices.

Responsabilités

• Review customer contracts to ensure billing compliance.
• Invoice and bill customers within 24 hours of completion.
• Verify reconciliations, reports, and forms for timely, accurate billing.
• Communicate with customers to confirm receipt and address concerns.
• Maintain 95% accuracy in billing and timely submissions.

As the Billing Specialist at Pro-Vac, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, invoices, and billing processes. You'll manage customer billing with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. What You'll Love to Do:

• Review and understand each customer's contractual agreements to ensure compliance.
• Invoice and cost customer work within 24 hours of completion.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have: Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in high volume accounts receivable billing in the Construction, or related industry.
• 2+ years of experience with revenue billing, preferably related to contracted or project bid work.
• Knowledge of billing principles and financial compliance best practices.

Skills:

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with accounting software, MS Office Suite, and Excel.

Here’s What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Certifications in financial management or billing (e.g., CB, CPA) are a plus!
• Familiarity with construction, stormwater, or hydro-excavation industries is highly desired.
