The person in this role will ensure accurate and timely invoicing by auditing and processing billing data across platforms like Salesforce and Workday. You'll handle manual invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, maintain records, and collaborate with internal teams to improve billing accuracy and customer satisfaction. You will review purchase orders and apply to corresponding accounts, compare monthly usage to validate accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and provide cross-functional collaboration across teams.
