In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the hourly rate for this position is Probationary Rate $29.09– Two (2) Year Rate $30.48. University Hospital considers multiple factors when determining compensation, including (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s relevant work experience, education and training, key skills, internal equity, market data, and organizational needs.
