Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Insight Global is seeking a Billing Specialist in the Enola, PA area for a direct hire opportunity. This resource will be responsible for preparing monthly/weekly invoices and conduct A/R collections for a variety of different projects and payroll structures. You’ll set up new projects and make transfers for employee billable hours or expenses and complete daily bank deposits. You’ll be specifically responsible for processing invoices for a variety of clients like PennDOT, PA Turnpike, Oil & Gas as well as Utilities.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of payroll, billing, accounts payable experience
• Deltek experience or experience running billing for DOT, PennDot, PA Turnpike, MassDOT
• Proactive, go-getter, think outside the box mentality
