Job summary

Jockey International, Inc. is seeking a Billing Associate for its National Distribution Center in Mocksville, NC. The role will ensure orders for assigned accounts ship correctly and on time, and support the Billing Office in related tasks.

As a Billing Associate, you will manage bills, coordinate with Shipping, and handle queries to resolve order issues, while maintaining accurate records and timely communication with internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year clerical experience, preferably in Billing.
• Ten-Key entry with strong PC skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Run daily account queries to determine what is shipped for assigned accounts.
• Communicate shipping issues to the layout department for resolution.
• Review purchase orders and prepare transportation for start ship date.
• Provide Bills of Lading and Transportation information to Shipping Department.
• Obtain special shipment information from Customer Service at Corporate HQ.
• Complete shipping duties for irregulars and ensure orders are packed, weighed, and shipped promptly.
• Receive canceled orders, remove them from the system, and notify Shipping.
• Run queries to find problem orders: skipped, lost, off BOL, or missing packing slips.
