Frontline Network Systems, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a detail‑oriented finance professional to join our logistics support team. You will process transportation‑related AP/AR and driver pay, reconcile data with financial records, and resolve invoice discrepancies with customers and carriers.

The role requires strong analytical and Excel skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, and excellent communication. Korean language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 0-3 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Accounting, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, settlement, accounting, or related fields preferred.
• Korean language skills preferred (basic to conversational).

Responsibilities

• Process and review transportation-related AP, AR, and driver pay transactions.
• Reconcile operational data with financial records to ensure billing and settlement accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, billing disputes, and settlement issues with customers and carriers.
• Prepare monthly accruals, settlement reports, and supporting documentation for month-end closing.
• Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, Warehouse, and Accounting teams to improve data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Support reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives related to TKC settlement.

The base salary range for this role is between $55,000 - $70,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
