Emploive in Draper, Utah is seeking a proactive Financial Operations Analyst to join the Commercial Billing team, driving revenue integrity, billing accuracy, and customer health. You will monitor AR aging, identify trends, and perform root-cause analysis to prevent delinquencies.

You will execute the full billing lifecycle, coordinate with Legal, Tax, Sales Ops, and Accounting, and engage with repeat customers to resolve payment issues, manage plans, and negotiate terms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in finance, operations, or billing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AR aging daily and identify trends/risks with root-cause analysis.
• Execute the full billing lifecycle from intake to delivery with accuracy and SOP alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Tax, Sales Ops, and Accounting for complex requests.
• Proactively engage with repeat B2B customers to resolve payment issues and manage payment plans.
• Propose automation and efficiency improvements using SQL, Power BI, workflow tools, or AI.
• Maintain dashboards tracking AR aging, cash application accuracy, and ticket cycle times.
