• Experience in construction, mining, drilling, or project-based environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete invoicing process from billing to delivery.
• Apply cash receipts to customer accounts and research unapplied payments.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on past-due invoices.
• Prepare reports and documentation for audits and reviews.
