Qualifications

• Experience with medical billing or revenue cycle management in healthcare.
• Ability to communicate billing requirements to pay sources and clients.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective communication to pay sources and clients regarding billing needs.
• Correspond with EAPs, insurance payers, and clients about claim processing and payment.
• Respond to internal and external emails within 24–48 hours of receipt.
• Maintain an organized record of insurance and client payment documents.
• Provide reports to the administrative team (outstanding balances, claims, compliance).
• Oversee revenue cycle to support financial health of the company.
• Verify insurance benefits for clients.
• Manage debt collections and communications with third-party collectors.
• Submit billing rosters as required by Medicaid and managed care organizations.
• Assist with insurance credentialing as time allows and with CEO approval.
• Assist with other tasks designated by CEO.
