Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years of revenue cycle management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective communication to pay sources and clients regarding billing needs.
• Correspond with EAPs and insurance payers, as well as clients, regarding claim processing and payment.
• Respond to internal and external emails within 24-48 hours upon receipt.
• Maintain an organized record of insurance and client payment documents.
• Provide reports to administrative team including outstanding client balances and outstanding insurance claims.
